All areas are worth a visit but, if you are just passing by, and if you are strong enough, you should visit those 4 areas, for the length and aesthetics of the routes : SDF, Alien, Blade runner and Fissures.

Areas of the small quarries (just after SDF, before the large curve, follow a foot path, going up to areas 13 to 15 in 5 to 10 minutes, areas 16 to 18 can be reached from the end of the road, after the North Face).

Where to go with children ?
Some areas are convenient for beginners or children, along the path to the small quarries: Pinpon area (5 routes between 3 and 5b, before "Jeu de Boules") and Sonic area (5 routes between 4c and 5c, between "Frigo" and "Papillon"). In those two quarries, ground is flat and routes are short. Some easy routes can be found on the right of "Grisbi" area.
Where to go to learn climbing ?
Some areas are convenient for "advanced beginners" and offer several routes at levels around 5c/6a (SDF Loisir, 2 fissures, Avec vue sur la mer, Jeu de boules et Frigo).
